I'm sure I am missing something but I thought all of them had the same coverage and functions other than the 908 pro being able to program using the J-2534. Why would there be a difference in price for the updates.

i thought the same thing.i own the 905 mini i just got my update card in the mail. they sent me the wrong one. the card says for maxisy 908 only. which i paid 579.00 for. i called autel up and they said i cant use it for the 905. i did not scatch off the seal yet for the redeem number -

USD579 is probably for DS708, maxisys update shouldn't be this price. -

All tools have one year fee update after registration, including DS708, MS905, MS908, MS908P,etc. -

Can you tell us why the price difference in updates for the maxisys tools. I was under the impression all three had the same coverage and functions other than the pro being able to program.
